Simple, please reach out to support and create a ticket. When you submit your support ticket, please provide your :
- Sales Order Number
- Store Name
- Billing Email Address
- Extension(s) you want to downgrade
In the Support Request, please explain the situation and request to be downgraded from an Enterprise license to a Community license.
We will attempt to refund the price difference to your original form of payment and then change your license on the backend of our system.
